Responsibilities:

📍Develop and implement an event plan including offline and online events. 📍Organize full-cycle standalone company events, including hackathons, meetups, and educational workshops on DEX usage and DeFi concepts. 📍Manage our participation in major crypto conferences, blockchain expos, and DeFi summits. 📍Coordinate AMAs sessions and panel discussions with our team leaders and community engagement events on platforms like Telegram and Discord. 📍Plan and execute live-streaming events for product launches and major updates. 📍Develop and manage crypto-specific networking events to connect with potential partners, investors, and influential figures in the space. 📍Create and manage event budgets, timelines, and resources. 📍Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all events. 📍Oversee on-site and virtual event logistics. 📍Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

📍Proven experience as an Event Manager. Having experience in crypto events is a plus. 📍Experience in organizing both technical (e.g., hackathons) and non-technical, offline and online events. 📍Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. 📍Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. Located in Europe.
