Job Summary
Professional Responsibilities
šProvide high-level administrative support, including managing the CEOās calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence. šAct as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication. šOrganize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. šPrepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents. šHandle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. šCoordinate company events, conferences, and executive off-sites as it relates to Amandaās calendar.
Personal Responsibilities
šBooking travel related & not related to Serotonin šDiary medical and personal appointments šPersonal errands, (eg. mail sorting, gifting, personal purchases) šSupport with her personal business entity šGatekeeper and liaison with third parties on behalf of Amanda" or something similar
