šStrong coding experience in Rust - this is a MUST-have for this job! šDistributed systems experience OR P2P/network systems experience in production environments - this is a MUST-have for this job! šKeen communicator, eager to share your work in various contexts, like internal and public presentations, blog posts and academic papers.
Bonus points
šResearch experience interest in privacy, censorship-resistant technology, and open protocols. šExperience working for an open-source organization. šPhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related area.
