Swiss-based lawyer and blobkchain strategy advisor, former diplomat at the EU in Brussels and Law & Blockchain professor, Fabio Alves Moura is an active member of the global blockchain community, having participated and spoke in conferences and events in more than 20 countries over the last 3 years, as well as helped to design and deliver 12 token offer projects, both ICOs, STOs, IEOs and general TGEs in different jurisdictions.

Having followed a PhD in Paris and in São Paulo, Brazil, with focus on Project Finance, Fabio has specialized in the use of blockchain, cryptos and tokens in general as a means to leverage project financing, as well as in comparative international law, analyzing regulations and company structures and matrixes in different countries, several of which by participating in relevant local or regional blockchain entities, like in Switzerland, Malta, Japan, United States and Brazil, among others.
